How it works

From enquiry to delivered machine.

One clear process for both sides of the trade — buyers importing into their market, and sellers in India reaching export demand. Here's exactly what happens.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us the machine, condition and destination — by form or WhatsApp. Sellers send make, model, year, hours and photos.

  2. 02

    Rule & price check

We verify destination import rules (age, emission, inspection) for buyers, and benchmark price against live export demand for sellers.

  3. 03

    Inspection

Every used machine gets a condition check — engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, hours — with real photos shared before any payment.

  4. 04

    Quote & agreement

We issue an itemised quote: machine, freight, duties and documentation. No hidden commission. You confirm terms.

  5. 05

    Documentation

We prepare the export paperwork — IEC, commercial invoice, packing list, inspection/conformity certificate, certificate of origin.

  6. 06

    Shipping & handover

RoRo or container from Mundra, Nhava Sheva or Chennai. We track the shipment to your destination port.

SHIPPING · RORO

RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off)

Operable, self-driving machines roll onto the vessel. Usually the most economical method for wheeled and tracked equipment that runs.

SHIPPING · CONTAINER

Container / flatrack

Smaller machines, attachments and parts ship in containers; oversized units on flatracks or breakbulk. Best protection and broad port coverage.

Shipping method and transit time are indicative — confirmed with the carrier per booking. Default origin ports: Mundra, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Chennai.
